Moonshot Venture Capital Co. Ltd and its subsidiaries (collectively known as “the Company”) recognize and respect the privacy of Personal Information (as defined below). All Personal Information collected by the Company will be retained for as long as it is needed to fulfill its intended purpose or comply with related laws and regulations. When Personal Information is no longer required, the Company will ensure that it is securely deleted or destroyed.

 

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

An individual may access his or her Personal Information collected by the Company and can alter or delete any of the details he or she has provided by submitting a written request to watcharapong@moonshotvc.co. In order to prevent unlawful acquisition or alteration of Personal Information by third parties, the Company will ask the individual to confirm his or her identity. The Company will respond to every request to access Personal Information in a timely manner. In exceptional and limited circumstances, such as where information contains references to other individuals or cannot be disclosed for legal or security reasons, the Company may deny the request.
